Ulcer disease  is a discontinuity or a break in a bodily membrane that impedes the organ. Most essentially every human being has the most heartburn. Ulcer or inflammation of the stomach is a disease that attacks the stomach symptoms which occur due to injury or inflammation of the stomach that causes pain, heartburn, and abdominal tenderness.

  • Eat Regularly. Eating regularly can prevent you from developing an ulcer. Make sure you eat regularly so as to avoid ulcers. Don't skip any meal during the day and make sure it in time because eating a meal lately can lead to development of ulcer or gastritis.
  • Avoid Too Much Of Junk Foods. Too much of junk food is dangerous for the stomach. Though it doesn't mean you shouldn't be taken junk food again, but to take a precaution on it and have a limit of taking it.
  • Drinking Of Soya Milk. Drinking of soya milk can prevent you from development of ulcer in the stomach. Various scientific studies prove that a high fiber content of soya proven and well able to overcome various digestive problems such as ulcers, inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, bloating and others.
  • Avoid Stress. Stress can lead to a recurrence of ulcer disease. Therefore, try to always think positive and keep stress from your mind.
  • Avoid Cigarettes. Taking of cigarettes  can increase stomach acid caused by smoking and can also become an obstacle to healing wounds in the stomach.
