5 Reasons Why Nokia E7 Sucks

It's a common sense that no mobile phone is perfect though Nokia E7 is a nice device with an inbuilt and manual qwerty keyboard, Nokia E7 seems to run the market when it was first introduced. Quite contrary, I have some problems with my Nokia E7, Nokia E7 has a lot of advantages that makes it unique among its competitors, but it also got some disadvantages which I will be discussing in this article.

  • Price. The price of the phone has not dropped down since the time it came out. Although the E7 is Nokia's flagship devices, it is too expensive. What is more, there is no reason to charge that much for last 2year's hardware. The CPU inside the E7 clocks at 680 MHz, and while the software is super-optimized to run things smoothly, I can't justify its price. The same money could easily get you a dual-core CPU-powered these days. It's outrageous to charge much for the device.
  • Software. You must have already read it on the net that Symbian sucks. The phone used to hang up mostly all the times, I even though it was because I haven't upgraded from Anna to Belle, but after upgrading it to belle. The problem got worse than before which force me to change the device and bought another one because I really like the device. The Belle software should be the one to make the phone more beautiful not to make it ugly and Waggy.

  • Charging Port. Nokia E7 charging port sucks, I've repaired the charging port more than 5 times. I can't see the reasons why Nokia is trying to impress their customers by making something that they can't back up for. The charging port of Nokia E7 has been the major problem for the users of the device.
  • Unremoveable Battery. It's not only Nokia E7 battery that can't be changed, mostly the Smartphones that Nokia is making now came with inbuilt battery. Tell me, how can you have a phone that the battery is giving you the problem and come to your surprise that the battery can't be change. It has to be taken to a Nokia office or a phone technician to change it for you, which will cost you extra money and stress. I hope Nokia will fix this soon.
  • The Flipp. Nokia E7 is a well-built device and there are no complaints on about its front. However you have to drop it for quite a few times when you want to open the keyboard. Something's seriously wrong here. I love how Nokia managed to make a QWERTY keyboard equipped device and very easy to carry around, but some piece of silicone is needed on the opposite side of the phone to make it easier when opening the keyboard.
