Cucumber is one of the vegetables we consume as usual mix of cuisines, salads or pickles. Fruits or vegetables that have a Latin name which is Cucumis sativus containing high water so as to help refresh our bodies. Cucumbers are the fourth most widely cultivated vegetable in the world and it got a lot benefits to help the body.



Benefits Of Cucumber 

  • Skin Care. Diuretic properties, cooling effect, and cleaners found in cucumbers is very beneficial for our skin. The water content of cucumber, there are some vitamins and some minerals that are good for the body. So We need to be consuming it every day. Face mask which is made from cucumber can help to tighten and moisturize the skin. The content of ascorbic acid and caffeic acid in cucumber is tuned to reduce water retention and help to prevent swelling around the face.
  • Digestive Function. Gastrointestinal problems such as ulcers, gastritis and peptic acidity are able to be cured by eating a cucumber because it's one of natural therapies for curing such diseases. Natural fiber present in cucumber can increase our digestion. In fact, by eating cucumbers every day can help us to avoid hard bowel movement of constipation.
  • Joint Strength. Content of silica in cucumber can help us to keep our joint tissue in a good condition. This will strengthen the connective tissue so that the joints must avoid the various disorders.
