Every relationship experienced problems and conflicts and if it's left unchecked, then it can be led to the destruction of that relationship you are having with your partner. Strife and conflict has become common in any relationship, whether Friends, Co-workers, and even a conflict with yourself.

- Admit Your Mistakes. Usually prolonging conflict in a relationship is not proper, it will only cause a destruction to the relationship. There can be no conflict if there is no mismatch, thus causing bickering. Impossible conflict can be resolved, if both parties are willing to forgive each other.
- Say What You Feel. Avoid hold emotions in terms of all of your complaints. Speak well with your partner. Hiding emotions slowly can cause stress. Say out whatever you feel or disturbed about your relationship to your partner.
- Ask Not To Punish Yourself. Many men/women get caught up in the drama when hearing a statement like this. Stop blaming yourself! Ask him/her exactly what is needed right now? Your partner may say he/she wants to achieve his/her dreams or passion in life. So, talk to your partner about his/her feelings, the situation is not comfortable in himself/herself alone, and what that might be made to re-energized.
- Worries About Losing. Many couples will feel afraid of losing someone they love. Create something new in the relationship, with your partner, it will bring a pleasant feeling that cover a variety of worries about losing the person. Rather than spending energy to think about fearing of losing, mind and divert attention by doing fun things that have never been done so far, update your relationship as a couple.
- Lack Of Communication. When you begin a relationship with your partner, you must always have time with him/her and make up things often happen regularly because our time is the aim intending to be closer to our loved ones, but the intensity of the months to communicate with your partner will be reduced and this could be a problem in your relationship, if you've experienced this. Starting to be close with your partner can be a way to overcome the problem.
